I decided not to write about free telephone calls to Mexico until I received one and had a chance to check it out for myself. This morning I received a cell phone call from Rwanda while I was trying to wake up with a hot cup of coffee. The caller had a few questions about how Jaxtr works, so I referred to http://www.jaxtr.com/user/faq.jsp which is the Jaxtr FAQ, and we talked for a while. The call was clear and the caller’s accent was just like in the movie Hotel Rwanda. (Hotel Rwanda with Don Cheadle was filmed mostly in South Africa, with some filming in Kigali, the capital of Rwanda.) The caller spoke english.

I work with a man in Germany who buys things on eBay. Every now and then he wants to buy something but the item is in the United States (eBay U.S.) but the seller will not ship internationally.
