I received a call from Iraq last night. Actually I received four free Jaxtr phone calls by the time we finished for the night. The caller was a woman asking about Jaxtr. She apologized for her English but I thought she spoke very well. I knew I should have learned Arabic when I lived in Saudi Arabia, and told the woman so. Unfortunately I was not able to answer all of the woman’s questions so I refered her to Megan at Jaxtr.

What amazed me about the call was the clarity. As my caller paused to ask for an interpretation I could hear the other person in the background, thus I was able to think about my answer or help with the questions. The Jaxtr call was routed from Iraq to California, then to Sprint (Embarq) where I answered in Windsor Missouri. (opens in a new window)
