All Jaxtr to Jaxtr calls are free all over the world, and I just finished a free Jaxtr call from a member in India. He reminded me to mention that Jaxtr has telephone numbers in India that allow Indians to call friends and family in the United States, Canada, and other international locations for next to nothing. If I followed the currency discussion correctly it is about 1 cent per minute, which is great. It is the next best thing to free, which Jaxtr can also do.

The caller told me that what happens in India is that the caller uses his cell phone to call my Jaxtr number in the United States, which rings to my cell phone. The call is free. To call anybody else you can call any landline or cell phone around the world on your existing phone with Jaxtr and bypass international or long distance charges of your phone company. Jaxtr is much easier than using a calling card because you can use their local speed dial numbers.
